Scam company that sells fake products and no returns.

someone deleted my comment but this company is very bad. I've worked for them before. They claim that they help third world countries but all they do is exploit us. They take advantage of the desperation of people in third world countries. Shame because their CEO is a woman of color. The worst of the worst experience I had with them is during Christmas. They all took their Christmas breaks without paying us. We didn't have any salary for a month!! Such a despicable and predatory company.

We've been using the adult KN95 masks for over a year, and they're wonderful! They seal well and don't hurt the ears or cause skin issues. I like that they're affordable, recyclable, and made in the USA. Masks are part of our lives, now. And VIDA is our go-to mask supplier.

The product was good other than a funny smell which only went away after several days of wearing.
The biggest issue is I have been trying to cancel this subscription for 2 months, with no response from the company. And no cancellation.
This is very frustrating as a customer. The subscription was super easy to start and terrible to stop. This is not good customer support.

Thank you for producing samples. The colors and the texture of the fabrics were very COMFORTABLE and SOFT touch. We liked the quality of the product so much that we are requesting to order again. High quality with color dyeing. Excellent service.

I ordered black and pink adult masks. I liked the black masks, but the pink masks I received were for small kids. I contacted the company via email with screen shots of my order receipt, and pictures of the wrong items attached, but I never received a response so I will not order from the company again.

The cotton reusable masks and 99% filtration filters have been the only masks I've purchased and worn since 2020. Double filters inserted at times. I am a barber/hairstylist and I wear these masks for up to twelve hours a day, sometimes six days a week. I match them to my outfits and wash them often in hot water and change filters every couple of days. They fit well and look great and are light and comfortable to wear for extended periods of time. I tell every one of my clients to get their masks from Vida.

I placed an order for face masks from Vida. The post office mixed up the delivery of the package. I got in touch with Vida to let them know and within minutes they returned my email and sent a replacement order out to me. Excellent face masks and fantastic customer service.

Vida is a great company. I have placed several orders with them and they always arrive promptly. I had a slight problem with one item and they immediately replaced. I love the fact that they provide a prepaid envelope for you to send your used masks back and that they recycle them. I will definitely doing more business with them.

(Writing here since there is no way I could find to leave a review on the website, which has all misleading, positive reviews…)These masks do not fit like a KN95 with air seeping so bad that my glasses fog so I cannot wear them. I reached out to customer service to see if there was a way to get a refund, but just keep getting back unclear, bizarre responses. I’d recommend ordering elsewhere - especially since they didn’t include my return label for recycling the masks (which influenced my purchase)… Disappointing all around.
